    Managing Director and Founder

    A seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of experience, Sadiq Shishira founded Greenlife Microfinance Ltd with a vision to empower underserved communities across Tanzania. His extensive background includes leadership roles at National Microfinance Bank (NMB), Standard Chartered Bank, and Azania Bank. Sadiq holds an MBA from ESAMI and a Bachelor's in Agriculture Economics & Agribusiness from Sokoine University. His passionate commitment to entrepreneurship and community development continues to drive Greenlife's mission and growth.

    Director and Co-Founder

    Anna Paul brings 15 years of comprehensive banking expertise to her role as Director and Co-Founder of Greenlife Microfinance Ltd. Her distinguished career at National Microfinance Bank (NMB) Tanzania encompassed customer service, credit risk management, and collateral perfection. With a Bachelor's in Home Economics from Sokoine University, Anna's strategic leadership strengthens Greenlife's commitment to delivering reliable financial solutions that empower communities.

  • Benedict Mwendwa Nyalo

    Senior Manager - Credit Operations

    Benedict Nyalo brings 17 years of distinguished microfinance and banking experience to Greenlife. His career spans leadership roles at prominent institutions including Sidian Bank, Faulu Microfinance Bank, and Letshego Kenya Ltd. A certified credit professional, Benedict holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and a National Diploma from the Technical University of Kenya. His expertise in credit analysis, documentation, and branch banking operations drives operational excellence at Greenlife.

  • Bakari Sheghere

    Branch Supervisor

    Bakari Sheghere has been instrumental to Greenlife Microfinance's growth since 2016. As Branch Supervisor, he oversees business development and quality management while leading a large team. His background in credit analysis and documentation, combined with an Advanced National Diploma in Logistics Management from the National Institute of Transport (NIT), enables him to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth at the branch level.
